  5. 1. Move to the start or the end of the selection.
  6. 2. Hold down the shift key.
  7. 3. Click Step Forward or Step Backward.
  8.                     ‚Äî or ‚Äî use Left Arrow or Right Arrow.

  10.          The end point of the selection changes.

  12. To select the current frame only: 
  13. 1. Hold down the shift key and the option key.
  14. 2. Click Step Forward or Step Backward.
